Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Contract Coordinator to support project managers in coordinating project activities, managing schedules, tracking documentation, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals (0–5 years of experience) looking to grow their project management experience in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and project execution
• Participate in project design meetings and recommend process improvements
• Identify potential project risks and develop solutions to address issues
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and team deliverables
• Monitor project progress and help keep workflows on track
• Manage project documentation, ensuring records are accurate, current, and properly maintained
• Prepare and review project proposals, meeting minutes, memos, emails, and other project correspondence
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and scope
• Track project expenses and support budget management initiatives
• Travel to project sites (approximately 5–10%) to assist with initial catastrophic turbine assessments

Required Qualifications

• 0–5 years of project coordination or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Smartsheet for schedule management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Experience with Maximo
