Job Summary
Are you an experienced Hi-Lo Driver who takes safety seriously and enjoys keeping a busy manufacturing operation moving? We're seeking a 3rd Shift Hi-Lo Driver to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility while supporting production, shipping, and inventory needs.
The ideal candidate has previous Hi-Lo or forklift experience, is dependable, and is comfortable working in a very warm and dusty manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Hi-Lo Driver, your core responsibilities will include:
Hi-Lo Operation: Safely operate a Hi-Lo to transport materials and finished products throughout the facility.
Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials and finished products to support production and shipping operations.
Production Support: Deliver materials to designated work areas to help maintain production flow and minimize delays.
Shipping Support: Move and stage finished products as needed to support shipping operations.
Inventory Organization: Keep materials and inventory properly organized and stored in designated areas.
Equipment Inspections: Complete equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
General Warehouse Support: Assist with additional warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
Safety Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area while following established safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Previous Hi-Lo or forklift experience.
Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a very warm and dusty facility.
Ability to work 8:00 PM–6:00 AM, Sunday–Wednesday.
Reliable attendance and dependability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
