- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams
- Experience with NetSuite, Monday.com, and/or Hubspot
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, professional Senior Executive Assistant to act as a critical strategic partner to one or two Selling Executives, delivering comprehensive administrative, operational, and project management support in a fast-paced environment. In this high-impact role, the ideal candidate will manage complex calendars, travel coordination, and expense reporting while maintaining deep visibility into the executives' client portfolios and strategic leadership priorities to anticipate needs and seamlessly connect information across departments. Serving as a trusted and proactive self-starter, you will ensure operational excellence by preparing executive-level meeting materials, managing office logistics, and maintaining organized digital records, all while handling highly confidential information with absolute discretion. This collaborative role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of executive support experience, advanced multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office alongside a willingness to adapt to firm-specific tools like NetSuite, Hubspot, and Monday.com to elevate overall team efficiency.
