Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and coordinate annual audits
- Manage AP, AR, bank payments, and cash flow activities
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management review
- Verify and reconcile revenue, sales, and cost transactions
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external parties
- Support compliance, contract administration, and related-company invoicing
- Assist with regional accounting activities and ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably within trading businesses
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
