Corporate M&A Lawyer

Responsibilities of the Corporate M&A Lawyer:

• Taking an active role in driving and managing a variety of corporate and M&A transactions from start to finish
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex transaction documentation and commercial agreements
• Providing practical, high-quality corporate law advice to a diverse client base
• Working closely alongside partners and team members to ensure the successful and timely closing of deals
• Contributing to an engaging team environment and building strong, lasting relationships with clients

Candidate Profile:

• A completed university degree in Dutch law
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience as an Advocaat
• A strong, demonstrable track record within Corporate and M&A practices
• Exceptional legal drafting capabilities and a highly analytical mindset
• A client-focused team player who genuinely enjoys running deals and delivering top-quality results
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• An interest in further specialization, with the firm offering support for programs such as the Grotius Academy
