What you’ll need
- Commercial leadership at NBM level or equivalent RGM experience, with deep understanding of how major retailers actually work commercially.
- Enough NRM or RGM exposure to know what good looks like - you don’t need to have owned the space end-to-end, but you need to understand the frameworks
- The ability to build and interrogate a P&L, run scenario modelling and translate complex data
- into decisions a sales team can execute
- Most importantly, the ability to influence others. Success in this role is dependent on your
- The ability to bring others with you and actually change the way business is done.
