Our client, a leading grocery retailer, is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee a number of stores across the Carlow/Laois area.
We are looking for a strong retail leader with proven multi-site management experience who can:
- Drive commercial performance and operational standards
- Lead, motivate and develop store management teams
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
Requirements
- A minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline, or at least three years' management experience
- Excellent communication, planning, organisational and analytical skills
- A full, clean driving licence
- A proactive, adaptable and results-driven approach to leadership
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
- A genuine ambition to build a long-term career within the retail sector
