Our client is a well-established, values-driven organisation with a strong sense of purpose at its core. They're looking for a Financial Accountant who is not only technically strong, but who is drawn to meaningful work and wants to contribute to something bigger than the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial and management accounts
• Reconciliations and month-end processes
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements
• Assisting with audit and compliance processes
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the finance function and wider business
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the finance function

Key Requirements

• CA/CPA qualified
• Audit trained, ideally with a Big 4 or mid-tier background
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a genuine interest in adding value beyond BAU
• Understanding that this role plays an integral part in driving the business forward, not just supporting it
• A genuine interest in working for an organisation with a strong sense of purpose and community impact
• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, or community services sectors highly regarded, but not essential
• Someone who values culture, connection and long-term fit just as much as the technical elements of the role
