Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage ground-up and/or large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades on-site
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience on commercial, multifamily, or institutional projects
- Familiarity with software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
- Stable work history with reputable general contractors
- OSHA certification or strong safety background
