The Role:
- Support the digital channel team in delivering new releases, support client inquiries, and manage mobile app performance
- Collaborate with the frontline teams to receive client inquiries related to Digital channels
- Raise & co-ordinate Tech incidents for client inquiries that require Tech investigation and resolution
- Notify the teams related to release schedules and availability of services during the release window
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Product/Business Analyst roles in the banking industry
- Working exposure to Digital Platforms is highly desirable
- Strong numerical/analytical capability
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English
