The Role
Daily duties will include but are not limited to;-
- End to end payroll processing of an allocated Payroll cycle
- PAYE and reconciliation of Payroll
- Resolve employee queries
- Ensure all payroll systems are produced, maintained and retained
- Assisting with gathering information and compiling reports required for processing month-end payroll activities and reconciling year-end payroll activities
- Assisting with onboarding activities
Your Profile
- 3+ years’ experience working in high-volume Payroll processing
- Have a strong understanding of Payroll legislation
- Reconciliation and PAYE experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate /Advanced Word and Excel
- Experience working with a large Payroll system
