Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays required as needed)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operator Trainee to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills looking to grow their career in industrial operations. You will work directly with our process control equipment and assist with daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and assist in maintaining process control equipment under supervisor guidance.

Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and minor maintenance on operational machinery.

Follow all workplace safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and operational checklists.

Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors regarding equipment performance.

Work standard weekday schedules and commit to mandatory Saturday shifts when required by operational demands.

Requirements & Qualifications
Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical systems and practical troubleshooting skills.

Process Control Experience: Some prior experience working with or exposure to process control equipment is preferred.

Communication: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work.

Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and mandatory Saturdays as needed.

Hours: Monday – Friday, with mandatory Saturday shifts as required by production schedules.
