I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected mechanical services contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex design & construct (D&C) projects. With a strong pipeline of secured work across industrial facilities, healthcare upgrades and data centres, they're continuing to expand their project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of HVAC design & construct projects from award through to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders and key project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all WHS, quality and contractual requirements while driving successful project outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering HVAC Design & Construct (D&C) projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong background managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, data centre or other complex mechanical projects.
• Excellent commercial, financial and programme management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while leading site and project teams.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
