Apply directEMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established pharmaceutical multinational. We are searching for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the Neuchâtel office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert HR support and partnering closely with site and business leaders.
You will handle a wide scope of people-related topics, including performance & talent management, change, and employee relations, ensuring that HR practice supports both operational needs and strategic business goals.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, agile, and matrix-based HR organization.
The role also gives exposure to major HR transformation areas, such as digitalization, simplifying processes, and reinforcing HR metrics and analytics.
Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner:

Deliver specialized HR guidance to managers and leaders around employee relations, performance & talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, time & attendance, and compliance with local labor law

Partner with leadership to define people priorities and enact solutions to ensure organizational capability, structure, and culture are aligned with business targets

Coach and advise leaders in change management, people development, including leading talent reviews and succession planning, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve employee experience, retention and performance

Lead or take part in HR projects focused on reward & benefits strategies, global/regional HR initiatives, digitalization and optimization of HR operations, working together with HR Services and COEs
Your profile:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - master’s degree preferred

Multiple years' experience in HR, including prior HR Business Partner experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, especially its application in production/manufacturing settings
- Skilled in working with HR metrics/scorecards, comfort with data-analysis tools, and proven capability to prioritize key initiatives to simplify processes and deliver measurable performance improvements
- Full fluency in both English and French is mandatory
