Chief Investment Officer

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a reputable Asset Management company in Indonesia to recruit an experienced Chief Investment Officer (CIO). This executive leadership role is responsible for shaping the firm's investment strategy, overseeing portfolio performance, and driving long-term investment excellence across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's overall investment strategy.
• Lead portfolio management across Equity, Fixed Income, Money Market, and Multi-Asset funds.
• Chair Investment Committee meetings and oversee investment decision-making.
• Monitor market developments, macroeconomic trends, and investment opportunities.
• Ensure portfolios remain aligned with investment mandates, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, Distribution, and Executive Management teams.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing investment organization.
• Present investment performance and market outlook to senior management, institutional investors, and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience within investment management or capital markets.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in portfolio management and investment strategy.
• Strong expertise across equity and fixed income investments.
• Previous experience within a licensed Asset Management company is highly preferred.
• WMI license is required; CFA Charterholder is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead investment teams and deliver consistent investment performance.
