Yandina Base HQ - working around the sunshine coast areas.

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Concrete professionals. We are partnered with reputable client based in Yandina. This role welcomes applications from qualified tradespeople and individuals currently learning a trade, offering flexible opportunities across the building and construction sector.


The client is looking for Concrete Finishers, Concrete Labourer for projects around the Sunshine Coast & a Concrete Supervisor to lead the team in successful operations.

About the Role:

• Preparing concrete work sites, including formwork setup and site assessment
• Mixing and pouring concrete to specifications, ensuring proper consistency and coverage
• Finishing concrete surfaces to the required standard, including smoothing, levelling and texturing
• Operating concrete tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications to ensure accuracy
• Collaborating with site supervisors and other tradespeople to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace health and safety standards
• Quality checking work to ensure it meets industry standards and client expectations

Essentials include but not limited to:
(Concrete Finisher)

• Demonstrate experience as a finisher in residential, commercial construction.
• Sound knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, curing, and surface treatment techniques.
• Competent in safe operations of concrete finishing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.

(Concrete Labourer)

• Some experience and knowledge of concreting in residential, commercial construction.
• Ability to follow instructions and consistently demonstrate safe work practices.
• 3 year clear driving history, open manual driving licence, driving the standard work truck.

(Concrete Supervisor)

• Supervise and Coordinate daily concrete construction activates across multiple residential and commercial projects.
• Plan and allocate labour, plant, equipment, and materials to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
• Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings, engineering plans, and project specifications. Identify and resolve site issues.
• Oversee Concrete finishers work, and conduct site inspections to ensuring work meets company and client australia standards.

All must have current valid Australian Drivers Licence
All must have a White Card
Concrete Finisher and Concrete Supervisor previous Demonstrated experience essential, (desirable) Certificate III in Concreting (CPC30320)
