In this position, you will get to: - Be responsible for assembling electrical panels using hand & power tools, to meet company requirements before it's packaged for shipping to the customer.
- Ensure the assembled electrical panels & cables meet the customer order specifications.
- Read and comprehend a panel schedule.
- Building products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
- Provide hands on support to the production staff when needed to meet customer demands.
You have:
- High School Diploma or assembly related experience.
- Worked in an assembly environment for no less than 5 years.
- Experience operating a rivet guns and pneumatic drills.
- Building products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment while standing for a prolonged period of time to meet daily KPI's.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Bending and reaching.
