What You’ll Be Doing As a General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include: ? Performing multiple fabrication tasks to produce ACM and sheet metal products ? Reading layout plans, blueprints, and drawings to complete assigned work ? Accurately reading and converting decimals ? Using tape measures and hand tools to assemble and fabricate parts ? Maintaining a clean and organized work area Supporting production needs as business demand increases In addition, you will assist with general labor duties and contribute to a team-focused environment that encourages internal growth. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: ? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs ? Experience in a sheet metal fabrication environment preferred ? Ability to read prints and layout parts ? Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure ? Ability to convert decimals ? Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Skills: ? Mechanical Aptitude: Useful for fabrication tasks and reading measurements ? Attention to Detail: Essential for accurate layout, cutting, and assembly ?
