In this position, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, implementing strategic plans, and expanding our customer base. You will play a key role in managing customer relationships and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of Lab Automation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed annual sales targets within your assigned territory and accounts.
- Strategic Execution: Implement strategic plans to reach sales goals and grow the customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop influential relationships across the business to ensure effective strategies for Lab Automation.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Over 10 years of experience in direct or outside sales, preferably with B2B experience.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in selling high-value medical devices such as MRI or CT equipment.
- Solution Selling: Experience or understanding of solution-based selling.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex situations.
- Sales Skills: Proficiency in engaging with C-suite executives and financial modeling.
