Nesco Resource is currently hiring Doffers for a textile manufacturing facility in the Enoree, SC area. We are seeking dependable, hardworking candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Remove completed rolls, yarn, or material from textile machinery.
  • Replace empty tubes, cones, bobbins, or other production materials.
  • Assist with keeping textile machinery running efficiently.
  • Monitor materials for quality issues or defects.
  • Move and stage finished materials in designated areas.
  • Keep machines and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow production and quality specifications.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
  • Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous textile or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Doffing, weaving, knitting, spinning, or machine operating experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Must be dependable with strong attendance.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
  • Must be comfortable working around manufacturing machinery.
  • Steel-toe shoes and long pants are required.
