Quality Assurance Inspector - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a leading international manufacturing organization to recruit a Quality Assurance Inspector for its European operations, based in the Molenlanden region.

This role is responsible for ensuring finished machinery meets the required quality standards before being released to customers.

Working as part of the Quality team, you will carry out final inspections, identify quality issues, support corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the production process.

Key responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Inspector:

• Carry out final inspections on completed machinery prior to shipment
• Verify product specifications, configuration, functionality, and cosmetic condition
• Identify, document, and report defects, quality deviations and non-conformities
• Confirm corrective actions have been completed before products are approved for release
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Prepare quality and failure reports and support root cause investigations
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities focused on product quality and operational performance
• Support the development and maintenance of quality standards, inspection methods and work instructions
• Assist with internal audits and quality improvement projects as required

Candidate profile

• MBO qualification or technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or similar
• Experience in Quality Inspection, Technical Inspection, Assembly, Service, or Maintenance
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Able to read technical drawings with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good English skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently
• Category B driving license
