In this position, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a range of industrial equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently for customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out routine maintenance, breakdown repairs, and diagnostics
- Identifying faults and delivering practical solutions
- Attending client sites across the region, as well as workshop-based work
- Keeping accurate records of service work and parts used
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Communicating clearly with customers regarding repairs and timelines
- Assisting with installation and setup of equipment when required
- Following all safety procedures and company standards
You are a hands-on technician with a strong mechanical or electrical aptitude and a positive, customer-focused attitude. You take pride in your work and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
You will ideally have:
- A trade qualification (mechanical, electrical or similar), or relevant experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills or willingness to further develop them
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Experience with CRM systems (advantageous)
