Insurance Sales Advisor

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets through new business generation, renewals, cross-selling and up-selling. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll build lasting customer relationships and contribute to the continued success of the local office.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve individual sales targets across Personal, Commercial and Agri insurance.
• Manage renewals, quotations, policy amendments and customer enquiries.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximise customer value.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional insurance advice.
• Support commercial and agri account management activities.
• Assist customers with the initial notification of claims.
• Ensure all administration, compliance and regulatory requirements are completed accurately.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.

About You

• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, sales or customer service is desirable.
• APA, CIP or Grandfathered status is an advantage, with full support available to achieve professional qualifications.
• Target-driven with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and IT skills.
• Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach.
