Key tasks and duties
- Communicate with supporters via email, offer tips for their fundraising, get to know them and build rapport.
- Update records on our fundraising database.
- Place orders for fundraising materials.
- Respond to supporter queries
- Any other duties that are within the scope and remit of the role and as agreed with your manager.
Ideally, you would have previous experience of working in a fundraising team, supporter care, or similar.
