Supported Living Manager – Southend-on-Sea – £40,000- £45,000 Are you an experienced leader in adult social care ready to take the next step in a values-driven, person-centred organisation? We are seeking a passionate Supported Living Manager to lead and develop high-quality services that empower individuals with complex needs to live independently, safely, and with dignity. The Role • Lead the day-to-day management of supported living services, ensuring outstanding, person-centred care delivery • Drive compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding practices, and all relevant legislation • Develop, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality support • Oversee care planning, risk management, and outcome-focused support for individuals with complex needs (including learning disabilities, mental health, and associated conditions) • Manage budgets, resources, and service performance to achieve operational excellence • Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders • Promote a culture of dignity, respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement • Lead on audits, quality assurance, and service development initiatives About You • Proven experience in a senior or management role within supported living or similar services • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding frameworks • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) • Confident leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams • Compassionate, resilient, and values-led approach • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills What’s On Offer • Competitive salary of £40,000 • Clear progression pathways within a growing organisation • Ongoing professional development and leadership training • Supportive senior leadership and collaborative working culture • Generous annual leave entitlement • Pension scheme • Wellbeing support initiatives • Opportunity to shape and influence service delivery at a senior level This role is ideal for a driven care professional who combines strong operational leadership with genuine compassion and a commitment to improving lives.
