SAP Change Analyst (People)

Brisbane CBD | 11-Month Contract | Hybrid Working

Join a major enterprise transformation program delivering a modern SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors solution. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst to play a key role in preparing people, processes and teams for the successful implementation of a large-scale ERP program.

About the Role

As the Change Analyst, you'll support the delivery of change management activities across a significant HR and Payroll transformation. Working closely with project leaders, business stakeholders and the business readiness team, you'll help drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption to ensure a successful transition to the new ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of change management strategies and plans across the ERP program.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify business, role and process impacts.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications activities.
• Assist with the development and delivery of training programs and learning materials.
• Support business readiness assessments and go-live preparation.
• Track change adoption, gather feedback and report on progress.
• Develop communications including presentations, FAQs and employee updates.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful change outcomes.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 5+ years' experience as a Change Analyst or Change Consultant on large transformation programs.
• Experience supporting HR, Payroll or ERP implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and supporting business readiness activities.
• Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written communication skills, including preparing reports, presentations and change collateral.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

Highly Regarded

• Experience working on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or government transformation initiatives.
• SAP Activate or Change Management certification.
• Exposure to Payroll or Fieldglass implementations.
