Finishes Foreman - Developer Builder

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a well-established and highly regarded construction and development business on a landmark $250M inner-city multi storey project.

As Finishing Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing the final stages of construction, coordinating finishing trades and subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered to a high standard.

The Role:

• Managing and coordinating finishing trades and subcontractors
• Driving quality, programme and productivity across the finishing stages
• Coordinating trades to ensure works are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Monitoring workmanship and maintaining high-quality standards
• Managing defects, rectification works and project completion
• Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
• Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and wider project team
• Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and key stakeholders
• Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with safety and quality requirements

About You:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman within commercial construction or high-rise residential
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades, construction sequencing and project delivery
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades on large-scale projects
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to work effectively within a high-performing project team
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
