Licensed Beds: 110
Average Daily Census: 90
Position: Director of Pharmacy plus PIC – current DOP is stepping down but staying as pharmacist
Skills required: Hospital experience; 3 years of management experience preferred
Illinois Pharmacist licensure required
Dates of Coverage needed: start August 17th and cover until we hire a perm candidate
Coverage Hours needed: Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm plus on-call 7 days/week
Weekend covered by part-time Rph
Order Entry System: asked for; can be trained
Site Automation: Omnicell; experience preferred
Site Specialty Areas: Psych
Staff Size: 1 part-time Rph; 1 tech
Tech support: restocking Omnicell
Job Responsibilities: staffing, scheduling, meetings
No sterile compounding involved
Expectations: good communication skills, basic financial knowledge
Nearest Airport: ORD
Dress Code: business/office casual
