Junior Quantity Surveyor

Wexford | €35,000–€45,000 | Hybrid Working

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established company within the construction and glazing sector, based in Wexford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or an ambitious early-career professional to join a growing business, gain hands-on industry experience, and develop their quantity surveying skills within a supportive team.

The role will be office-based in Wexford to provide training and support during the probationary period, with the opportunity to transition to remote or hybrid working upon successful completion of probation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.

  • Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

  • Carrying out material take-offs and quantity measurements.

  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

  • Maintaining accurate project records and commercial documentation.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline, or relevant practical experience.

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
