This is an opportunity to lead a large, multi-site team of physiotherapists across Wellington while maintaining a small MSK caseload. You’ll guide team leaders, develop clinicians and help shape service delivery, supported by an experienced national clinical team.

The opportunity

• Lead the Wellington MSK team across multiple sites
• Coach and develop physiotherapists and team leaders
• Support team performance, engagement and operational delivery
• Maintain a small clinical caseload
• Influence how services are delivered across the region
• Collaborate with a strong national clinical leadership team

This could be an excellent next step for an experienced Lead Physiotherapist or Clinical Leader who is ready to take on greater operational and people leadership responsibilities.

What you’ll bring

• A recognised New Zealand physiotherapy qualification
• Current PBNZ registration and APC
• Strong clinical reasoning within MSK physiotherapy
• Previous leadership, mentoring or team management experience
• Confidence coaching clinicians and supporting team performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to balance operational priorities with clinical quality
• A full New Zealand driver’s licence
