Sales Support Coordinator (DACH region)

EMEA Recruitment is working with a market-leading lifestyle brand seeking a bilingual Sales Support Coordinator to join its EMEA team on an initial 7-month contract.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping operations moving, building strong customer relationships, and working across multiple European markets in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Your duties as the Sales Support Coordinator:

• Managing the end-to-end order process for key B2B customers
• Coordinating shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics partners
• Acting as a key contact for customers across order updates, queries, and issue resolution
• Supporting invoicing, returns, customs paperwork, and delivery documentation
• Working closely with supply chain, distribution, and commercial teams across Europe
• Using ERP systems and reporting tools to monitor orders, stock, and customer activity

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent English plus native-level French and/or Dutch
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or commercial administration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities
• ERP experience highly beneficial (SAP preferred)
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills
