Trainee Managers - Donegal/Sligo/Leitrim/Mayo

The role will be varied, but the main duties include:

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high store standards.
• Lead, support and motivate the team, including Junior Management.
• Ensure strong merchandising, presentation and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor sales, gross profit, stock levels and budgets.
• Oversee ordering, stocktaking and department performance.
• Ensure all operational, Health & Safety and company standards are followed.
• Conduct staff meetings and support ongoing training and development.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Deputise for the Store Manager when required.
