About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a SharePoint & M365 Developer to support the delivery of internal business solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable applications and workflows across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. This role sits within a collaborative delivery team focused on driving digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions across the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online and Teams
- Build and maintain applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Configure and support SharePoint Online as a data and content platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Manage application lifecycle and deployments using ALM pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across M365 and Power Platform solutions
- Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives across the platform
- Ensure solutions align with governance, compliance, and best practice standards
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online
- Hands-on experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse and Dynamics 365 integrations
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience building solutions using Power Platform
- Experience delivering solutions in large, complex environments
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM)
- Proven ability to work across stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, GitHub or source control tools
- Experience with Dataverse, dataflows, and external tables
- Background across public or private sector environments
- Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to modern Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystems
- Collaborative environment with strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement
