Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Copywriting & PR: Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, media kits, executive speeches, annual reports, and corporate announcements.

  • Content Creation & Editorial: Produce engaging long-form articles, thought leadership pieces, blog posts, and website copy that resonate with international audiences.

  • Social & Digital Strategy: Collaborate with digital marketing teams to create compelling copy for social media campaigns (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and email newsletters.

  • Brand Consistency: Serve as the internal brand voice custodian, ensuring all external and internal communications adhere to corporate editorial guidelines.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal business units, designers, and external PR agencies to deliver integrated campaign materials on schedule.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Degree holder in Communications, Journalism, English Literature, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: At least 1 years of professional writing or communications experience, preferably gained within an agency, media publication, or corporate MNC environment.

  • Language Requirements: Native or native-level English fluency with exceptional copywriting and editing skills is mandatory; non-Chinese speakers are welcome and encouraged to apply.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles (corporate PR, digital marketing, editorial, and thought leadership).

  • Personal Attributes: Creative thinker, detail-oriented proofreader, and strong project manager comfortable handling tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
