1st Shift - Paintline Unloader

Location: Zeeland, MI Shift: 6:15 AM – 5:45 PM (4 Days/Week) Pay: $17.00 per hour Job Summary Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Paintline Unloader to join our team in Zeeland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure finished furniture parts are carefully removed from the paint line and prepared for the next stage of production while maintaining quality standards. What You'll Be Doing As a Paintline Unloader, your core responsibilities will include: Paint Line Unloading: Remove finished furniture parts from the paint line after the finishing process is complete. Product Handling: Carefully handle and stack finished parts to prevent damage and maintain quality standards. Production Flow: Keep up with the pace of the line to ensure smooth workflow and prevent production delays. In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area while following all company safety and quality procedures. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Ability to work a 4-day schedule with rotating days Monday–Friday. Reliable transportation and strong attendance. Skills: Attention to Detail: Ensuring finished parts are handled carefully to maintain product quality. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with others to keep production running smoothly.
