A leading healthcare organization in Champaign, Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join an established Head & Neck Surgery department offering clinical autonomy, a strong referral base, and opportunities for teaching and research.


Position Highlights:

  • General Otolaryngology opportunity within a well-established specialty department
  • Full-time and non-traditional scheduling options available
  • Join a team of 6 board-certified Otolaryngologists with subspecialty expertise in:
    • Otology/Neurotology
    • Comprehensive ENT
    • Advanced Rhinology
    • Head & Neck Oncology with free flap reconstruction
  • Supported by 4 Physician Assistants
  • Busy, ready-made practice with a strong referral network
  • Daytime call responsibilities with inpatient support from APPs
  • Night call less than 1:6
  • Practice in a newly built clinic with access to a new, adjoining 23,000-square-foot surgery center
  • Surgical cases performed at the surgery center and hospital campus
  • Opportunity for teaching and research through a nationally recognized medical school focused on healthcare and engineering
  • Enjoy individual clinical autonomy while benefiting from the resources of an innovative multispecialty group


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation: $500K–$550K
