Join a Product Development team to drive new seasonal concepts and support sample development, working closely with merchandising, material teams, factories, and the Product Development Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Research upcoming fashion trends and translate insights into seasonal themes.
- Build trend decks, mood/design boards, and curated sample collections for customer presentations.
- Source materials and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support the development process.
- Follow up daily with factories on sample development progress, timelines, and order-related enquiries.
- Prepare and organize product development samples, shipment samples, and fabric swatches each season and upon customer request.
Requirements
- Degree holder (Fashion & Textiles or related preferred).
- 2+ years’ experience in apparel product development.
- Strong fabric & trims knowledge; understanding of apparel manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with US apparel brands is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese + Mandarin).
