About the Position
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to help maintain accurate inventory records and support daily warehouse operations. The position combines inventory control, order processing, computer work, customer communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and prepare shipping and receiving documents accurately and on time.
- Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and courteously.
- Review and process inventory transactions, including inventory movements and deletions in the ERP system.
- Maintain and update inventory records.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate inventory differences.
- Identify and report stock and inventory issues to management.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and determining appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on corrections and adjustments to ensure issues are resolved.
- Assist with inventory management procedures and processes.
- Greet and direct drivers and visitors professionally.
- Assist with purchase orders and product labeling as needed.
- Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in inventory control, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- ERP/SAP experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.
