Location: Casa Grande
Schedule: 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $20.35/hour

Position Summary

The Production Technician II is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw materials and finished products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role may require maintaining production and quality records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The position may involve work within a clean-room environment and requires adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Work is performed under moderate supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Label and package products accurately according to established procedures and production requirements.
• Maintain documentation and production records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Operate production and packaging equipment as assigned.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, including clean-room environments when applicable.
• Identify and report product, process, or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory control, material handling, and product movement as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of GMP and quality standards preferred.
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation and records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow detailed instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to established company limits.
• Ability to work in a clean-room environment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
