Apply directOur client is also seeking an experienced PMO Manager to support the successful delivery of the Financial Crime Transformation Program.
About the Role
As a PMO Manager, you will be the engine room of program delivery, ensuring governance, reporting, and financial management are executed to a high standard to support successful outcomes.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Program Leaders, and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly, risks are managed, and delivery is on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project and program governance, including reporting, RAID, and status tracking
- Manage financials, budgeting, forecasting, and benefits tracking
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery reporting and insights
- Track dependencies and support coordination across multiple workstreams
- Assist in project initiation, business cases, and change requests
- Drive consistency in tools, templates, and delivery standards
- Support risk and issue management, ensuring clear escalation where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and ways of working
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a PMO Manager or Senior PMO Analyst role within large programs
- Strong experience in project governance, financial management, and reporting
- Background in financial services or large transformation programs highly desirable
- Strong understanding of RAID management and delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
- Experience with tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and reporting platforms
