About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week & 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating patient flow with the healthcare team
- Preparing patients for exams and assisting during procedures
- Recording medical histories and documentation
- Managing clinical space and equipment
- Supporting administrative tasks as required
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Medical Assistant (MA) certification
- CPR certification
- Proficient in computer and data entry skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- EKG and Phlebotomy certifications
- Knowledge of high-level disinfectant processes
