Electromechanical Assembler-2nd Shift

Schedule: Shift-Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am

Job Responsibilities

• Build assemblies according to engineering prints, including:
  • Laying out and physically mounting devices
  • Wiring per schematic requirements
  • Performing OHM testing on panels to verify compliance with specifications
• Interpret electrical schematics with support from electricians as needed
• Read, understand, and execute engineering and manufacturing documentation, including:
  • Bills of material (BOM)
  • Assembly drawings
  • Work instructions
  • Wiring schematics and diagrams
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications
• Identify and escalate non-conformances to appropriate personnel
• Follow work order instructions to safely produce required quantities within specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately and on time
• Perform additional duties and project work as assigned

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect completed parts
• Ability to perform frequent lifting, standing, and bending
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs unassisted

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High accuracy and timeliness in completing assigned work
• Good manual dexterity and grip strength
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Minimum 1 year of wiring experience preferred
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
• Self-motivated with initiative and ability to drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
• High level of personal integrity and commitment to quality standards
