The Opportunity: A Force Multiplier 
 

The Assistant Managing Director (AMD) will function as a strategic force multiplier within the organization. This is a unique hybrid role that blends operational leadership with the critical functions of an HR Business Partner. 

• You will be the essential bridge between the CEO's high-level strategic vision and the company's day-to-day operational engine. 

• Your core mandate is twofold: to build a world-class team by leading talent acquisition, and to ensure the CEO's ambitious ideas are flawlessly translated into implemented, ground-level actions. 

• Your success will be measured by the quality of the talent you bring in and your ability to drive execution and alignment across every level of the business. 

Responsibilities: 

• Act as a Talent Architect: Spearhead the recruitment of A-tier talent across all functions, embedding yourself as a strategic HR Business Partner who understands that the right people are the ultimate competitive advantage. 

• Be the Strategic-to-Operational Bridge: Masterfully interpret the CEO's directives, breaking down complex strategies into actionable plans and ensuring seamless communication and follow-through from leadership to the front lines. 

• Become an Execution Powerhouse: Champion a culture of rapid implementation. Take ownership of key initiatives, drive projects to completion, and instill a standard of operational excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., startup, scale-up, or a dynamic corporate venture). 

• A demonstrated track record in talent acquisition and building high-performing teams. 

• Exceptional operational acumen with the ability to manage complex projects and drive them to completion. 

• A "player-coach" mentality—someone who can strategize and execute at the ground level. 

• The emotional intelligence and communication skills to effectively influence both senior leaders and operational staff. 

• An innate ability to thrive in ambiguity and a strong bias for action over deliberation.
