Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Lead a growing outpatient primary care practice with site opportunities in northern, central and southern parts of the county.
  • Provide patient-centered clinical care while guiding a dedicated team and mentoring APPs.
  • Help shape clinical operations, workflows and standards of care and support continued practice growth.
  • Outpatient-only role with no inpatient responsibilities.
  • Strong APP, medical-assistant and specialist support.
  • Full-time, 40-hour role; weekday and variable scheduling, with rotating weekends and holidays listed in the requisition.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $96.1538-$180.8481 per hour.
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus and incentive potential once the patient panel is established.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
