The Opportunity
This is a true end-to-end credit position offering plenty of variety and autonomy.
You'll take ownership of your ledger, managing everything from credit applications and account setup through to collections, reconciliations, dispute resolution and customer relationship management.
Working closely with customers, sales teams and finance colleagues, you'll become a trusted point of contact who can balance commercial outcomes with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and approve new credit applications
- Conduct credit checks and customer reference verification
- Set up and maintain customer accounts
- Manage collections and follow up outstanding accounts
- Resolve customer disputes and account queries
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Process credit notes, refunds and manual invoices
- Monitor ageing reports and proactively reduce overdue debt
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Support month-end reporting and credit administration activities
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to achieve positive outcomes
About You
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in a Credit Officer position
- Strong end-to-end credit management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident but professional approach to collections
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Intermediate Excel skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to provide great customer service
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
