Entain ANZ is seeking an exceptional commercial finance executive to partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape the future of one of the region's most dynamic consumer businesses. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the financial strategy and performance of the Australia and New Zealand business, playing a critical role in driving growth, transformation and enterprise-wide decision-making.
Operating within a FTSE-listed global organisation, you will lead an integrated ANZ finance function while shaping the commercial direction of the business. This is a contemporary CFO portfolio that extends well beyond financial stewardship, encompassing enterprise-wide strategy, transformation, commercial performance and organisational capability. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide insight, influence and leadership that enables confident decision-making, drives sustainable growth and delivers long-term value across the business.
Success in this role requires an executive who looks beyond the numbers. You are a commercially astute leader who challenges the status quo, influences at the highest levels and brings financial insight to strategic decision-making. You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and can balance long-term vision with disciplined execution. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and with your leadership team, you build high-performing cultures that embrace accountability, innovation and change.
You will bring significant senior finance leadership experience, ideally at CFO or Deputy CFO level, within a large, complex, global organisation. You have successfully led strategy, transformation, M&A and enterprise-wide commercial initiatives, with a proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead high-performing teams. CA, CPA or an equivalent professional qualification is essential. Experience in digital, technology, consumer or other fast-paced industries will be highly regarded.
