Interim Order-to-Cash Specialist

EMEA Recruitment is looking for an experienced Interim Order-to-Cash Specialist to stabilize billing operations, resolve process issues, and help drive improvements across a Netherlands business.

This is a hands-on role focused on bringing structure to a busy O2C function following an SAP billing go-live.

Rotterdam | Hybrid | 6-Month Interim Assignment

Responsibilities of the Interim Order-to-Cash-Specialist:

• Managing and resolving complex billing issues

• Clearing invoicing and work order backlogs

• Completing outstanding customer and vendor master data setup

• Supporting post-legal entity billing and portal alignment

• Working closely with Finance, Project Management and Commercial teams

• Identifying opportunities to improve the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process

• Helping establish a stable, scalable billing function following SAP implementation

About You:

• Strong Order-to-Cash and Billing experience

• Previous SAP S/4HANA experience

• Experience resolving billing issues following ERP implementations, mergers or legal entity changes

• Strong understanding of customer master data and billing processes

• Experience reducing backlogs and improving operational performance

• Excellent stakeholder management skills within international organizations
