Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from pre-construction through to final handover
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
- Drive project timelines, budgets and quality outcomes
- Lead site and project teams, ensuring milestones are met
- Uphold WHS and compliance standards across all activities
- Demonstrated experience delivering high end commercial and/or hospitality construction projects
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
- Sound commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, building or a related field
