Sourcing Must Haves

  • Ideally 10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ years within intelligence, analytics, enterprise software, cybersecurity or adjacent technology sectors.

  • Experience in product management within intelligence, security, data platforms, or adjacent enterprise software

  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms, intelligence products, or incident management environments

  • Ability to understand and translate complex customer workflows, especially case management workflows

  • Proven strategic product thinking beyond backlog management

  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams working on AI, security, and data platforms

  • Experience writing clear, actionable product specifications for engineering implementation

  • Ability to drive roadmap prioritisation in resource-constrained environments

  • Exposure to multiple verticals such as insider threat, fraud, KYC, maritime, or media intelligence

Sourcing Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience at Palantir, Recorded Future, Babel Street, or LexisNexis

  • Background in intelligence community or law enforcement adjacent product roles

  • Experience scaling a product management function and mentoring junior PMs

  • Familiarity with sovereign/government procurement and compliance requirements

  • Candidate openness to relocation to Abu Dhabi in the future

Location Requirements

  • Initially remote work

  • Willingness to travel to Abu Dhabi as required

  • Preference for candidates reasonably aligned with Gulf Standard Time to ensure time zone compatibility
