Ideally 10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ years within intelligence, analytics, enterprise software, cybersecurity or adjacent technology sectors.
Experience in product management within intelligence, security, data platforms, or adjacent enterprise software
Strong understanding of analytics platforms, intelligence products, or incident management environments
Ability to understand and translate complex customer workflows, especially case management workflows
Proven strategic product thinking beyond backlog management
Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams working on AI, security, and data platforms
Experience writing clear, actionable product specifications for engineering implementation
Ability to drive roadmap prioritisation in resource-constrained environments
Exposure to multiple verticals such as insider threat, fraud, KYC, maritime, or media intelligence
Sourcing Nice to Haves
Prior experience at Palantir, Recorded Future, Babel Street, or LexisNexis
Background in intelligence community or law enforcement adjacent product roles
Experience scaling a product management function and mentoring junior PMs
Familiarity with sovereign/government procurement and compliance requirements
Candidate openness to relocation to Abu Dhabi in the future
Location Requirements
Initially remote work
Willingness to travel to Abu Dhabi as required
Preference for candidates reasonably aligned with Gulf Standard Time to ensure time zone compatibility
Other Preferences
Candidate quality prioritized over volume; submit candidates meeting approximately 50-75%+ of criteria
Candidates should be evaluated on overall fit and potential, not perfection
Role is business-critical and high priority within the hiring programme
Position involves ownership of product roadmap across multiple verticals and hiring junior PMs once established
