On behalf of our clients across Limerick, we are currently seeking to register experienced Administrators, Clerical Officers, Administrative Assistants, Office Administrators, Receptionists and Office Support professionals for upcoming temporary vacancies with our public sector clients.

These opportunities may arise across a variety of sectors and offer excellent experience for candidates seeking temporary administrative positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, document management and record maintenance
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and diaries
• Cover reception duties and act as a professional first point of contact
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to telephone, email and in-person enquiries
• Handle incoming and outgoing post and general correspondence
• Assist with minute taking and meeting administration where required
• Follow established procedures and company policies
• Support teams with various ad hoc administrative and clerical duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administration, clerical, office support, customer service or receptionist role is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with minute taking is desirable
• Full driver's licence and own transport preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
